SERIES REVIEW: The Illuminae Files by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

Hello! Welcome to my appreciation post for one of my favourite series - The Illuminae Files ! I'm going to try and keep it non-spoilery but be cautious if you've only read Illuminae  and/or Gemina .  THE FACTS: Series title: The Illuminae Files Series authors: Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff Publisher: Rock the Boat Series completion date: 13th March, 2018 This morning, Kady thought breaking up with Ezra was the hardest thing she’d have to do. With enemy fire raining down on them, Kady and Ezra—who are barely even talking to each other—are forced to fight their way onto one of the evacuating fleet, with an enemy warship in hot pursuit. But their problems are just getting started. A deadly plague has broken out and is mutating, with terrif...

However this book was totally different - it's a verse novel set in Paris, very romantic - and I didn't enjoy it much at all. I'll be posting a full review nearer the time of publication, but I'm sad to say this wasn't for me.  However, I then read Scythe  by Neal Schusterman and...
